A few include The Tennessee, a beef burger with bacon jam, bourbon BBQ sauce and onion rings; the Mad Greek, a lamb burger with feta cheese, tzatziki sauce and cucumbers, and the Pistol Pete, a beef burger with queso, bean and corn salsa and fire-roasted peppers.
Additionally, Graze offers wonderful fries, salads, soups, onion rings, hot dogs, shakes and floats, cocktails, wine, whiskey, craft beer and pies for dessert.
Since opening just a few months ago their most notable sides include their corn chowder with bacon, Death By Chocolate shake which used Godiva Chocolate, and the bourbon banana cream pie.
Crust and Crumb Bakery – Now Open
More than just a bakery, Crust and Crumb Bakery offers magnificent sweets, but also the option to enjoy breakfast and lunch there as well. Try pairing a cup of coffee with one of their decadent pastries, trust me, your taste buds will thank you. You can also swing on by for lunch and pick up a deli sandwich or lunch specials. The specials could be anything from pizza to spicy crab chowder, baked ziti and so on. Regardless of only being able to swing by for a quick stop or you go in for a full meal, you will love what Crust and Crumb has to offer.
Wildflour Bakehouse – Now Open
Wildflour Bakehouse has gained massive popularity with locals and tourists alike since opening. The consensus is they offer all around incredible food options. The pies are like nothing you have tasted before and the sit down meals will keep you coming back over and over. Out of what I had, my personal favorite item was the Smothered Cinnamon Roll!
Dave & Busters – Expected to open April 29th
If you have never been to a Dave & Busters, they combine games and food to create a very fun atmosphere for adults. The menu includes wings, Fire Grilled Salmon, steak and burgers just to name a few. They have paired games and food seamlessly and run great specials throughout the week.
Gaucho Urbano Brazilian Steakhouse – Now Open
Gaucho Urbano is a family owned and operated restaurant that has brought with it, the wonderful flavors of Brazil since opening in Pigeon Forge. One of the best parts about this place is you can eat as much wonderfully seasoned meat as you want. The hot Chef’s Table offers traditional seasonal Brazilian dishes, all of which have been delicious. Furthermore, they also have what they call a Harvest Table which features a wide variety of gourmet salads, hot side dishes, cured meats and cheeses, hand cut steamed vegetables and more.
Brick & Spoon – Now Open
Brick & Spoon has been voted one of the nations best breakfast restaurants, and they have recently opened in Pigeon Forge. They serve high quality upscale breakfast, brunch and lunch options. The menu and food may be sophisticated but the atmosphere is nice and casual. The most popular items are their omelets and stuffed french toast for breakfast and their tacos for brunch. When you are in the mood for a cajun flair you are in luck, they have made from scratch menu items for just that. To make your experience even better they also have a build your own Bloody Mary bar.
Wild Bear Tavern – Now Open
Wild Bear Tavern is our favorite new opening restaurant in Pigeon Forge now. Offering exceptional food at all hours of the day, this place is sure to satisfy. Both Wild Bear Inn and Wild Bear Tavern are owned by Westgate Resorts, and their experience really shows through. For breakfast you can order traditional options such as French Toast, Big Mike’s Buttermilk Pancakes, The Belgian Waffle, Biscuits and Grave with Sausage and much more.
When it comes time for lunch they transition over to a German style menu serving up Bavarian wings and burgers, sausage samplers, Giant Bavarian Brezel (pretzel), Brat Burgers, a Traditional Schnitzel and many other options. Wash it down with anything from Butter Grog, Alsterwasser, ice cold beer, any number of wines, whisky / whiskey, moonshine frozen cocktails or any other of their many options that sound like they would hit the spot. Last but not least finishing your meal with one of their wonderful desserts. We recommend the Coconut Raspberry Cake or German Chocolate Cake (yes we know German Chocolate Cake is not actually German).
Blake Shelton’s Ole Red – Now Open
This is the third Ole Red restaurant that Blake Shelton has opened which was inspired by his No. 1 hit song “Ol Red”. The establishment is filled with both great music and great food. They have brought his Southern roots to the menu with Nashville classics such as Hot Chicken & Waffles, BBQ, burgers and much more favorites. Since open the restaurant has been very busy and received wonderful feedback from locals as well as tourists.
